Distribution Payment

The REIT Manager shall pay interim distribution to unitholders at not less than 90% of net adjusted investment income, except for distribution of the first year, if the value of announced investment income is lower or equivalent to Baht 0.10 per unit, the REIT manager reserves the right to accumulate such investment income to be distributed together with distribution in the next occasion.
